To make an appointment, open the WeChat app, click "Scan," and then scan the following QR code to conveniently access services such as appointment registration, outpatient payment, physical examination appointment, waiting query, and test report inquiry, saving you a significant amount of time during your visit.

　　Appointment Notes

　　1. Online Appointment Registration is based on a real-name system. Please register before making an appointment. Each mobile number and ID can only apply for one registration number, which allows you to book an expert appointment within 8 days. New appointments are updated every evening at 7:00 PM.

　　2. You must fill in the real name and actual ID number of the patient. Please bring the patient's original ID card or medical insurance card when visiting the doctor.

　　3. Our hospital operates on a time-based visit system. You can make an appointment through our official WeChat account. Both self-paying and insured patients can pay immediately after booking. After successful payment, you do not need to pick up a physical queue number at the hospital. Simply go directly to the corresponding diagnosis area during your scheduled time slot. (If you have not paid after booking, please pay and pick up your queue number at the hospital 15 minutes before your scheduled visit time.)

　　4. Consultation Fee Standards (same as on-site):

　　1. Chief Physician: 50RMB

　　2. Deputy Chief Physician: 33RMB

　　3. Attending Physician: 25RMB

　　4. Special Expert: 300RMB

　　5. Special Chief Physician: 200RMB

　　6. Special Deputy Chief Physician: 150RMB

　　5. Same patient is limited to booking an appointment with the same expert once per day.

　　6. Outpatient doctor resources are limited. If you successfully book an appointment but cannot attend on time for any reason, please cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before your scheduled visit time (cancellation method: Personal Center > My Appointments > Cancel Order). Failure to do so will result in breach of contract: if you accumulate three no-shows, you will be unable to make online appointments. Additionally, no refunds will be given for appointments that have already been paid for.

　　7. If the expert you booked needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via SMS. Please check your mobile phone for messages.
